Terms of Use
The terms governing access to and use of the DIMORI website.
Last updated · July 1, 2026
General
DIMORI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the dimori.net website (the “Site”). The Site, including its pages, articles, contact features, recruitment features, newsletter, comments, and other content made available through it, is referred to in these Terms of Use as the “Services”.
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your rights, obligations, and restrictions when you access or use the Services. You are authorized to use the Services only if you agree to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Because your privacy is important to us, this Agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. Please read it before submitting personal information through the Site.
Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your representation that you are legally capable of agreeing to this Agreement. If you are not of legal age, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The Site introduces DIMORI and provides general information about our capabilities. Any consulting, software development, or other professional engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site creates a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network;
- introduce malware, malicious code, automated scraping, or an unreasonable load on the Services;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; or
- use Site content in a way that falsely suggests DIMORI’s endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
We may restrict or block access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, DIMORI, our users, or third parties, or when we believe this Agreement has been violated.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, visual design, branding, logos, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to DIMORI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business information purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
References to third-party names, trademarks, products, or services remain the property of their respective owners.
Submissions and User Content
The Services may allow you to send enquiries, submit recruitment information and documents, subscribe to updates, or post comments through third-party comment features (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant DIMORI the limited permission necessary to receive, review, reproduce, store, and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data belonging to another person, or material that you are not authorized to share. Recruitment submissions are used only to evaluate and communicate about employment or collaboration opportunities, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of another person. We do not endorse and are not responsible for opinions or information posted by users or other third parties.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Site may display or rely on content and services supplied by third parties, including analytics, newsletter, email, hosting, and comment providers. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information made available by third parties are those of their respective authors or providers and not necessarily those of DIMORI.
We do not control every third-party service and cannot guarantee its continued availability, accuracy, security, or performance. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Links
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not monitor or control all linked sites and make no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of their content, products, or services.
If you access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk. The presence of a link does not constitute or imply our endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party. We reserve the right to remove or disable links at any time.
Availability and Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information. To the extent permitted by law, DIMORI disclaims warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Articles and other Site content do not constitute legal, financial, security, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining appropriate professional advice before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIMORI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Modification
We may change the Services, posted policies, or this Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated Agreement is posted on the Site, unless a later date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with a change, please discontinue use of the Services.
Governing Law and Language
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or this Agreement will be submitted to the competent authority or court in Vietnam, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement is available in Vietnamese and English. If the two versions are inconsistent, the Vietnamese version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
